Level I: ONE-ON ONE HAND ON TRAINING: 3 Days

This level for LabTech/Engineer/Supervisor who is response to keep the labs running: How to fix or identify the main problem without rely on out site support .

Learning the routine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance procedures for the GCD, 5971-5972-5973 MSD and 5890-6890 GC and 7673 AS.

Outline:
5971-72-73 MSD Troubleshooting & Maintenance:Clean Ion source, change and alignment the filament. Tunes: Auto, Manual, Target, BFB, DFTPP Tunes and Optimize: Entrance Lens, Entrance Offset, Ion Focus, Repeller.Dip: RF, Mass calibration.Diagnostics: Vacuum , Ion source, Mass Filter, Detector and assembly board problem.Dip: RF, Mass calibration.Leak Checking.Performance Tests: Real sample tests: BFB, DFTPP running and optimize.5890-6890 GC Maintenance: Check plumbing, air leak, function all of valve: Purge, EPC, Injectors, Heaters:Trouble shooting down to board and assemblies.7673 Auto Sampler: Setup and trouble Shooting down to board level.
Level II: ONE-ON ONE HAND ON TRAINING: 4days

This level for LabTech / Engineer or Lab Supervisor wish to learned more about Mass Spectrometer.
As the same contents as the level I but in-depth and custom base on the need. Software loading, configure, setup, and multiple instruments setup.
